About Border Communities Online
Welcome to the Rossinver Belleek Partnership Project. The project is dedicated to providing the best training in computers and accounts in the border area between Belleek in Co. Fermanagh and Rossinver in Co. Leitrim. This project would not have been possible without financial support from the EU under the Peace II extension programme.
It is administered by the staff of the Community Foundation for Northern Ireland. Joel Smith is the Project Co-ordinator while Rita O'Loughlin is the Project Administrator. Between them the staff of the Project have managed EU projects for eight years. They are supported in their work by Alan McCluney, manager of the New Ballagh Centre, Nóirín Kavanagh, long time community development worker, facilitator and member of the Rossinver Development Company Management Committee and Joanne Cunningham manager of Belleek and District Partnerships, who has developed a first class reputation for community work in Belleek.
